Motorola Bluetooth Compatible with Nokia phone?

My husband insists that my Motorola Bluetooth headset will work with his Nokia phone. Doesn’t he need a Nokia headset instead?

ex. motorola phone – bluetooth LG

Just have him choose his headset from the dropdown menu (or by picture from the “which BT device do I own” menu, then he can find pairing instructions for many manufacturers’ phones.
