should run on all recent distros – no install on linux – runs out of a folder, just make sure to stop Apache + mysql if it came with the distro (or change ports)

I installed this, and the sever works fine, but MySQL doesn’t work at all. I can’t connect using cmd line, and phpMyAdmin gives:
